How is billing handled?

For annual contracts, clients pay a monthly charge for concierge service. For individual one-off services, Capitol Concierge accepts major credit cards for payments.

While Capitol Concierge is headquartered at Pointe aux Canonniers Northern region, our company is constantly expanding. We are constantly expanding across the Island, and many of our services may be done remotely from anywhere in the country. How can I submit a request?

We encourage you to visit with your concierge in person, over the phone or by email to make a request. However, for convenience, or if you do not have our concierge at your property, you may also

submit a request through our online system.

How does Capitol Concierge maintain confidentiality?

Temp'O Conciergerie ensures secrecy and discretion in all that we do. We make the necessary efforts to guarantee that our client's information is safe and secure. Capitol Concierge does not disclose or sell identities or information. We screen our staff and expect them to uphold the Capitol Concierge level of secrecy and discretion.

How far in advance must I submit my order?
